Dress code
Everyone – even the people pushing the sets on and off – are wearing black tie. The Oscars are not messing around, dress-code wise.

LOL! Gotta suck pushing sets in a tux!

No way it sucks to push sets in a tux. You can blend in way easier, and maybe even convince people that you are some famous director or something for a night.

I think that the respect and the etiquette used at the Academy Awards this year was very refeshing. I even liked that Jon Stewart's face and tux matched his background. It was respectful and in the what has been a sagginf recent tradition and back to the tradition of award of this magnitude deserve-formality. It is an art-you don't see a symphony dressed any other way and to be it was so incredably enjoyable-more so that what I can remember in at least 20 years. Kudos for Jon Stewart and the writers for not "vacumming the carpet" for a joke. He didn't need it!

Nice to see the glamour is back. I love to see that the ladies are wearing lovely gowns again. Still hate the unkept look of there hair dos. I really take time to make my hair look good and think that is what a lady should do. Most of the men are doing that and it really looks great. I know sometimes they are making movies and have to have a scruffy look but a clean shaved man is so fine. Loved the jewlery!! I might be 60 years old but I do love bling. Thanks for the red carpet look.
